Born in Philadelphia, Bill Bell is entirely self-taught and took up painting as his full time career in 1982 after first being a musician and record company executive. Working in acrylics he creates, bright, richly detailed, enigmatic and complex scenes. Bell adds that he paints "nostalgia and nonsense", "nostalgia for the world that used to be and nonsense for the world of my dreams". *40 and 80 piece puzzles do not include a drawstring bag.
