L'Attaque - c.1922

This edition of L'Attaque represents a museum-quality specimen of this classic military strategy game. The set is absolutely complete with original metal stands, vibrant hand-painted playing pieces depicting English and French armies in late nineteenth-century uniforms, and all card pieces remain intact and uncreased. Original advertising flyer and rules booklet are present - the latter printed on card stock and only slightly foxed. The board itself is unfaded and pristine. The box, measuring 12" × 7.75" × 2", features striking artwork depicting Vickers Vimy heavy-duty bi-plane bombers and bears the monogram H.P.G & Sons. Ltd. on its original label. This is an exceptionally rare find outside museum collections.
