Shuffled Symphonies

Shuffled Symphonies, published in 1939 by Pepys Games in association with Walt Disney, is a very rare card game.

It features 24 Disney characters inspired by a series from the Mickey Mouse Weekly comic (1936-39). The game includes 45 cards with blue backs.

Notable characters include Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, The Three Little Pigs, The Big Bad Wolf, Elmer the Elephant, Snow White, Dopey, and others from the Silly Symphony cartoons. The reverse side of each card depicts Mickey in a top hat and tails shuffling cards.

The copyright notes "By permission of Walt Disney - Mickey Mouse Ltd and Mickey Mouse Weekly," making these cards highly sought after by Disney collectors.

Please note that one of the cards 'Dirty Bill', is missing but that we have for sake of completeness constructed a fairly close imitation of this card, in colour, and to the same measurements using original Pepys card stock. This is a great opportunity to buy a complete set of these cards while you wait for an original 'Dirty Bill' card to make its way online.

The original rules are missing but we will happily print out a copy to go alongside. 

The box is also sadly missing but the cards are in great condition, with beautiful illustrations. As it is so difficult to find a deck with all 45 cards such as this one it still holds a lot of value. Grade 2 under the Hoyles Vintage Grading System. Our price reflects the above notes.
