Shipping policy

Whether you're ordering online or browsing in our Oxford shop, everything runs from the same live system at Hoyle's, so stock levels online are always the same as those in store, and you can choose the delivery or collection method that works best for you. Please note, orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next available working day. (For example, an order placed on a Saturday will be sent out Monday. An order placed on a bank holiday Monday will be sent on Tuesday and delivered from Wednesday onwards.) 

Standard UK Delivery – £4.95

All mainland UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and should arrive in 2–4 working days.

Next Working Day UK Delivery – £9.95

Guaranteed for orders placed by midday. Orders placed after this time will be sent the same day where possible, but next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please note, next-day delivery is not available for non-mainland UK locations.

Click & Collect – Free

 Collect your order in-store from our Oxford shop! Just choose “Pick up in store” at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready – usually within an hour or two.

You're welcome to collect whenever works best for you! We're open 10-6 Monday to Saturday and 11:30-6 on Sundays.

International - UPS Worldwide Saver

Price calculated at checkout. Delivery in 2-6 working days. All orders are sent via tracked international post. All Customs, Duties and Taxes are covered as part of cost.

Shipping Information Accuracy

At Hoyle’s, we want to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible. To help us do that, it is important that you provide complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If a shipping address is entered incorrectly or left incomplete, it may cause delivery delays or the package to be returned. If this happens, we’ll be happy to resend your order, but will need to pass along any additional shipping costs charged by the carrier to you as the customer.
