BOAC (British Overseas Airways Corporation) was the British airline created in 1940 by the merger of Imperial Airways and British Airways Ltd and continued operating overseas services throughout World War II. In 1952 BOAC was the first airline to introduce a passenger jet into airline service. This was the de Havilland Comet which flew via Nairobi to Johannesburg and via the Far East to Tokyo. In 1974 BOAC merged with BEA to form today's British Airways.

The cards are in excellent unused condition. The box is in fair condition.
