Car-Soc: The New Game of Card Soccer is an early British football card/ board game from the 1930s, by BCM in London, England. This game brilliantly encapsulates the strategic elements of English football, offering players a rich and engaging experience.
The box includes card rack holders, two sets of movement cards, and well crafted wooden player pieces along with a wooden ball that easily fits onto the player pawns, indicating possession. The game features a meticulously designed graphic board that provides a wide range of movement options, enhancing tactical gameplay.
The gist of the gameplay is players set up in 2-3-5 formation (of course!) then move using the card values.
The game is complete and in very good condition, with a little fading on the board and box exterior. There are no rips or tears. Grade 1 under the Hoyles Vintage Grading System.
