A truly rare find, And They're Off is a fantastic betting based board game from the 1970s. Complete with all parts, horses, rules and board. 

Players back horses at a series of race meetings to try and win the most money. From the pack of movement cards, 7 are turned over to reveal the odds on all of the horses. The wagering takes place and the race begins. Movement cards are turned over 1 at a time and the corresponding horse moved forward 1 space until the race is won.
