This is an unweighted, natural varnished boxwood chess set with a 2.25" King. On one side the pieces are stained black. Genuine patina and un-felted. A lovely little set suitable for play on a 14 inch board.

Signs of heavy use and the knights have been badly re-glued at some point, Grade 3, under the Hoyles Vintage Grading System.
