Refunds and replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - if you're not, please do call us on 01865 203244 or email us at info@hoylesoxford.com and we'll do what we can to change that! Our policy lasts 30 days, beyond which unfortunately we don’t offer you refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please don't send your purchase back to the manufacturer, but to us directly.

What to do 

To return your product, you should send your product, with receipt or proof of purchase, to 71 High Street, Oxford, OX1 4BA.

You'll need to pay for your own shipping costs - these are non-refundable. (If the item was faulty however, we'll certainly deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund for you!) Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

(If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it's approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately we don't refund sale items.

Exchanges

We'll certainly replace defective or damaged items! If you need to exchange anything for this reason, please do send us an email at info@hoylesoxford.com and send your item to us at 71 High Street, Oxford, OX1 4BA.
