British Rails: 3rd Edition - 2002

"British Rails" invites players to engage in the exciting world of railroad construction and operation across the iconic landscapes of Great Britain. As a player, you'll have the opportunity to build your own railroad empire, starting with an initial investment to lay track between key population centers.

Once your rails are in place, take on contracts to transport various commodities from their origins to profitable destinations. Completing contracts will earn you the funds necessary to upgrade to larger, faster trains, allowing you to expand your network and reach even more distant locations.

Inspired by the classic "Empire Builder," this game is part of the crayon rail series, published by Mayfair Games in 1984.

Sadly there are 7 chips missing from the usual 95 total in the game, but this does not stop gameplay. Every other element is in near mint condition. Grade 1 under the Hoyles Vintage Grading System.
