The Mickey Mouse Quoit Game - 1930

£85.00

"Come along children! Come along everybody! Here are the rings as so is Mickey Mouse, ready and waiting to see how many rings he'll be able to catch on his nose or ears."

This game was made by Spear's Works in Bavaria, Germany for sale on the English market. Spear's had the first license for Disney games in England, given the 1930 British copyright on underside of lid, indicating this game was issued prior to the more common variety by Chad Valley.

Includes 8 cardboard rings, instructions on the lid, a stand-up Mickey, and the game board. The cardboard Mickey stands 6.5" high.

This is an absolute gem of a game. The condition is very good with expected wear from use. Grade 1 under the Hoyles Vintage Grading System (see here).
