By Merit. The Everest board game for two players circa 1961. Tie the climbers together and use the rods with metal rings to move the climbers up the mountain one climber at a time. If a climber falls or the 'rope' gets tangled, you start again. First player to get any one climber to the top wins. 

All original contents including; Mount Everest play board, one 'Summit' piece, two different coloured teams of three climbers, two lifting rods, thirty mountain ledges, twenty spikes. two metal rings and cotton thread. Rules are to the underside of the box.
